Saturday 27/10/2007

Latest log from Airbus-land,this time solo and on foot with views limited to approach/ departure, the terminal area and a stroll down to the crash gate at the threshold of 14L.

An unusually quiet day for movements due partly to the AF crew strike which resulted in a number of cancellations, and big queues for non-existent ‘navettes’at check-in!.

That said,a little movement was provided at the plant which was a bonus for a Saturday.

Although the weather was great, the sun was in my face all day and this, coupled with the lack of movement and parking positions means this log contains more assumptions than usual.  But these have been checked with an extremely reliable source.
